New to walking? Challenge yourself to take part in the 5km Milton Keynes Parkrun.
If you’ve taken up walking or running this year, there’s no better motivation than setting yourself a target. The weekly parkrun is just that challenge. People of all ages and abilities take part in the event, some for the first time, some are regulars trying to shave seconds off their personal bests.
No matter what your reason is, everyone is there to enjoy themselves and take it at their own pace; it’s a great way to meet like minded people and make some new friends too.
