Buses on demand one click or call away
We’re pleased to be able to offer MK Connect, a new public transport alternative launched on 1st April 2021 with the aim of bringing you greater flexibility in how you get around. MK Connect works like a minibus that comes when you want, where you want — book a ride straight from your phone, get picked up in minutes, and get dropped off steps from your destination. A single journey costs £3.50 during peak hours and £2.50 at all other times. We also accept ENCTS and All in 1 cards.
When and Where you Want to Travel
DRT is not restricted to previous timetables or routes and picks up passengers from their chosen destination to their required drop off point when they want to travel.
The service will be available on evenings and weekends across MK, operating from:
6:00 am – 11:00 pm on Monday to Saturday
9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Sunday
The quickest and easiest way to book is using the MK Connect app, available on the Play and Apple stores
It is also possible to book online.
Or by calling 01908 252526 during the hours of operation
Payment can be made by;
- Connecting the app to a credit or debit card
- Putting in your Milton Keynes concessionary pass number as a payment method to travel free after 9:30 (this has been extended to all day for April). The scheme will be extended to passes from other areas shortly, in the mean time please call the line to book if your concession is from elsewhere.
- AllinOne Cards will be accepted for a £1 fare
- The MK Move Card Pay As You Go Purse can be used for on vehicle payment but period passes for discounted travel are not valid on DRT.
Wheelchair accessible vehicles can be booked.
